Ciao Ciao

Chloe a 5 mesi e mezzo ha imparato a fare ciao ciao, bellissimo vederla muovere quella piccola manina mentre fa ciao ciao.

Chloe at 5 months and an half learned how to say hallo with her little hand. For now we just say to her ciao ciao, we are going to try in English later, I don't want to confuse her.

giochi per bimba di 5 mesi

Ogni giorno cerco di creare nuovi giochi per intrattenere Chloe, ho paura che la ripetitivita' l'annoi ma in realta' ho letto che ai bimbi piace la ripetitivita'. Quando non gioca da sola nella sua palestrina, ecco i giochi che facciamo insieme:

• leggere libri o mi invento storielle;
• faccio finta di volerla acchiappare;
• ballare insieme a ritmo di musica allo specchio (lo adora);
• parlare allo specchio (la fa morire dal ridere);
• scuotere bottigliette di acqua che io ho riempito una di riso e una di ceci;
• il cavallino (la faccio trottelare nelle mie gambe mentre canto e lei anche canta);
• bubu settete (inizia ora a capirlo);

Piano piano adesso che cresce vedo che interagisce di piu' con me e percio' devo inventarmi sempre piu' giochini e dovrei imparare nuove canzoncine :-)

Everyday I try to make new games to play with Chloe, I don't want her to get bored!! When she doesn't play alone in her play-gym this are the games we do together:

• read books or I make up new stories;
• I act like I want to chase her;
• dance together in front of the mirror (she loves it);
• speak in front of the mirror (it makes her laugh a lot)
• shake plastic bottles I fell up with rice and chickpeas;
• horse ride on my legs, I sing and she sings with me;
• pick a boo (she is starting to understand it now)

Now she is growing and I can see how she plays more with me, that's why I must play different games everyday.

I suoi occhi

Come poter spiegare a parole le emozioni che mi trasmettono i suoi occhi?

Adoro il suo sguardo quando mangia, attaccata al seno e li' che con quegli occhioni mi guarda persa nell'estasi del dolce latte.

Il viso della mamma e cio' che vedono sin da giorno 1, la capacita' di mettere a fuoco infatti e proprio la distanza tra bimbo e viso della mamma, ma che strana la natura!!

Mi fa sentire che sono importante per lei, vedermi li' che ricambio lo sguardo le da' sicurezza e io la guardo per dirle, mammi e' sempre qui per te.

Quando gioca o qualcuno la prende in braccio mi cerca con lo sguardo, forse per essere rassicurata che e' tutto ok e che son li', wow questo e' anche esser mamma!!! Nessuno mai mi ha guardato con quegli occhi :-)

Chloe ancora non parla, ma mi trasmette le sue emozioni con lo sguardo, ti amo piccola!!!

How can I explain in words the emotions the her eyes give to me?

I love her look when eating from my breast she looks at me, lost in the pleasure of the sweet milk.

The face of a mum is the first thing a baby can focus from day 1, that is the distance, how strange is the nature!!

She makes me feel important for her, seeing me there looking back at her, make her feel safe.

When she is playing on her mat or somebody picks her up she looks at me to be reassured , that everything is ok. This is being a mum!!! Never somebody looked at me with that eyes :-)

Chloe doesn't speaks yet but she tells me her emotions through her eyes, Love you little one!!!

Al ritorno dalle vacanze estive siamo andati da Ikea per prendere una nuova culla per Chloe. Come ricordate quella che ha usato all'inizio era la culla tramandata da mia mamma, troppo piccola oramai per la nostra principessa.

Ora ha una bella culla spaziosa ma lei che fa? la maggior parte delle volte ci dorme di traverso e spiaccicata in un angolo sempre in compagnia di lulu', il suo coniglietto che il papa' le ha preso quest'estate a londra e che da allora abbraccia sempre quando fa la ninna. Che dolce!!

Back from the summer holiday we bought Chloe a new cot cos the one she had before was now too small for her. Now she has a big cot but most of the times she prefers to sleep crosswise and in one corner but always hugging her rabbit Lulu that her daddy bought for her in London and since then she always hugs it while sleeping. So sweet!!!

E via con la mela

A 5 mesi e 2 settimane abbiamo introdotto la mela. Ho deciso di dare a Chloe solo frutta fresca quindi le ho grattuggiato un quarto di mela, ci siamo posizionate ai nostri posti: Chloe nel seggiolone e mammi davanti a lei.

Io ero entusiasta nel vedere la reazione di Chloe, beh non e' stata fantastica ma mi ha fatto ridere tanto, non faceva che chiudere gli occhi, forse la sentiva aspra, ma nonostante cio' apriva la bocca per averne altra. Oggi siamo al terzo giorno di prove e un po' chiudiamo ancora gli occhietti e non riesce a finire il quarto di mela ma son sicura che piano piano le piacera'. Abbiamo anche introdotto l'acqua, che beve da sola dal bicchiere, ne beve poca solo dopo la mela per il resto solo latte di mamma almeno sino a fine ottobre quando introdurremo anche le pappe.

At 5 months and 2 weeks we introduced the apple. I've decided to give to Chloe just fresh fruit so I grated for her one quarter of apple and ready to start.

I was really enthusiastic to see Chloe's reaction, it actually wasn't great but she made me laugh a lot with her expressions. she kept closing her eyes probably finding the apple sour but even so she kept opening the mouth for more. we are today at the third day of trial and she is appreciating it more but not fully yet. We are not going to give up and I'm sure that5 soon she is going to love her fruit time.

With the apple we introduced also the water that she's drinking by herself from the glass, she drinks a little after the apple, for the rest just mummy's milk till the end of October when we are going to introduce the other solid meals.

Rieccoci

E' passato tanto tempo dall'ultimo post, ma son stata impegnata con la mia principessa e poi siamo stati un mese in vacanza.

Abbiamo passato 4 settimane in Sardegna e una a Londra, e' stata la nostra prima vacanza a tre ed e' stata fantastica :-)

Chloe e' stata bravissima, si e' fatta coccolare da tutti, le piace l'aereo, insomma che dire un angioletto.

Siamo partiti in vacanza che Chloe aveva appena compiuto 4 mesi e non ci aspettavamo che in un mese potesse cambiare e crescere cosi' tanto!! Ora ha 5 mesi e prende tutto in mano, ci gioca, lo mette in bocca, canta, urla e la cosa piu' bella e' vederla rotolare come una trottolina, non sta mai ferma!! Ormai sa bene chi siamo, quando il papa' torna a casa da lavoro gli regali dei sorrisi bellissimi e cosi' anche alla sua mammi quando si avvicina alla culla per darle il buongiorno. E' una bimba che sorride sempre, ci riteniamo fortunati ad avere una bimba come lei, ci rende davvero felici :-)

Is now been long time since I post something here but I was busy with my princess and also we went away on holiday for 1 month. We staid 4 weeks in Sardinia and 1 week in London. It was our first holiday in 3 and it was amazing. Chloe has been great, everybody spoiled her and she loved it, she liked going in the plain, she has been an angel.

We left Rome that she was 4 months and we didn't really expect her to grow so much and change in one month. she is now 5 months and takes everything in her hands, she play with it, puts it in the mouth, sings, shouts and the best thing is seeing her rolling around on her carpet, she never stops moving!! She now knows well who we are and it's amazing feeling for us!! When her daddy comes back home from work she welcome him with a big smile and so she does to me when I go to give her the good morning. She basically smiles all the time, we feel very lucky to have a baby like her, she makes us so happy :-)
